Current weather : Sun dipping below the horizon
Okay, moving along.
Today marks the start of O-Levels.
By the way, something random: I think it's pretty funny how it's called Ordinary Level, I mean how ordinary can it get? Ordinary makes it sound so insignificant, as if it's nothing, which is completely NOT as my fellow schoolmates studied so hard for it as though it determines your life (well, it kinda does.. to a certain extent)
I just finished my English papers and I can say I pretty much screwed up my paper 1 because I panicked internally and my mind went completely blank. All the vocabulary I spent studying for vanished as I was doing the paper. WHAT THE HELL. Yes, believe it or not, I DID study for English. And guess what? I only remembered them AFTER the goddamnit paper. URGH, I'm thoroughly peeved. At least paper 2 wasn't difficult.. But I can practically kiss goodbye any sign of an A2 or a B3. I just hope I won't get a C. /sighs/ Time to move on and not dwell on it any further.
To those who screwed it up as well: HI FIVE, let's do our best for the rest of the papers!
And too those who didn't screw up: TO HELL WITH YOU, hahaha kidding! Good for you! Good luck for the rest of the papers
Anyway, I'm having Elementary Mathematics Paper 1 tomorrow! So... Wish me luck!
(And of course, all the best of luck for any O-Level candidates reading this!)
Current mood : Piqued
Quote-of-the-post: Any man can make mistakes, but only an idiot persists in his error. -Marcus Tullius Cicero
I had a million and one things I wanted to write on my blog but had ended up not and at the same time lost all that inspiration—all thanks to my brother who brought along the netbook out last week, so I couldn't type them all down. Yes, I'm hella' frustrated. I had intended to pen them down but since I cannot write that fast, I didn't. The ideas were just flowing and flowing and flow—yeah you get it. It all came too fast, and left a little quickly too. Bleh, just had to rant.Okay, moving along.
