Hit rewind #6

1. Super cute wall art in one of the DTL MRT stations. 2. Played The Singaporean Dream Card Game and I thought it was really funny. I went in blind because I have never heard of it and was surprised (in a good way). 3. Tried the claypot hokkien mee by Kim Keat Hokkien Mee at Toa Payoh Lor 4. A first for me, and it was quite good! But I'd still go for the normal hokkien mee.

4. Finally Shakeshack-ed. Ever since the opening of Jewel, I've been waiting to try it out (whilst praying it would taste as good as the US outlets). We went in the mid-afternoon, so the queue was pretty decent. I was just disappointed that they didn't have the cookies and cream milkshake (which was so darn amazing in the US), other than that, the food tastes almost the same as in US. It's definitely pricey for fast food, so yeah. We spent about $43 for that tray of food.

[Food (clockwise from top left): Shack Attack Concrete (Single) $7.5, Chocolate milkshake $6.9, Fifty/Fifty (Small) $4.3, ShackBurger (Single) $9.2, Shroom Burger $10.8, Crinkle-Cut Fries $4.5]

5&6. Of course, I also finally saw Jewel in all its glory. It's a lot more majestic in real life. I love it.

7&8. Lunch with Gen at Second Storey Cafe Bar @ Katong. Super quiet in the afternoon. Great place to hang and chill.
